Go Green! It would be great if all of us could purchase a hybrid car and install a solar power system, but we can't always make big changes like that. However there are some simple ways that we can become more environmentally friendly without sacrificing style or comfort. Here at Village Craft and Candle we challenge ourselves to "go green"! Whenever possible we buy local. We use recycled packing material in our mail order division. We make our own candles and most of our packaging is recyclable. We recycle extra wax into firestarters and "candle shop candles". In our retail store we use paper carry out bags not plastic. Both soy and bees wax are from renewable resourses and make beautiful candles.
